We Will Create Positive Impact

We believe that people can help each other if they know that they are not alone. So that’s our objective. We want to create a supportive environment where honest conversations can lead to positive changes. Together with our guests and our audiences, we want to form a community of care.

There’s no shame! This is how it all started…

From the beginning, we have become more and more committed to finding ways to help those who are feeling isolated, anxious, depressed or simply overwhelmed. We want to do so by sharing stories, information and self-care tools that can assist us all to seek balance, peace of mind and calm.

MyTruth is a self-help guide and is not intended to be, or substitute, a medical intervention.

You’re not alone on this journey. We’re in this together.
